# China Communications Construction Real Estate has changed its continuous supervision sponsor representative, with Yang Yunfan replacing Liu Zhendong

Recently, China Communications Construction Real Estate received a letter from China International Capital Corporation regarding the replacement of the designated representative for the ongoing supervision of the stock issuance project to specific targets. The original representative, Liu Zhendong, will no longer serve in this position due to a job change, with the ongoing supervision period lasting until December 31, 2025. To ensure the orderly progress of work, China International Capital Corporation has appointed Yang Yunfan to take over and continue to fulfill the responsibilities
