Ninestar's subsidiary Jihai Semiconductor has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Telai Electric. Both parties will jointly develop high-performance domestically produced main control chips to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of the transportation industry. This cooperation aims to enhance the efficiency and stability of the charging network, respond to the domestic substitution policy, support green travel and the achievement of dual carbon goals, and strengthen the company's R&D capabilities and market competitiveness
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Ninestar (002180.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary Zhuhai Jihai Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jihai Semiconductor") has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Telda New Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Telda"). Both parties aim to deepen the strategic partnership based on the principles of complementary advantages, resource sharing, common development, and win-win cooperation, actively promoting the green and low-carbon transformation and development of the transportation industry.
As a core enterprise supporting the large-scale development of electric vehicles in China, Telda leverages its smart charging network and platform big data advantages, forming a strategic complementarity with Jihai in the areas of high-performance chips and independent design and industrial application capabilities. The two parties will jointly develop high-performance, highly reliable domestically produced main control chips, fundamentally addressing the key bottlenecks in the intelligent upgrade of charging equipment and domestic substitution, enhancing the overall efficiency and stability of the charging network.
In the future, both parties will engage in deep cooperation in technology research and development, application innovation, and market promotion, promoting the collaborative upgrade of the industrial chain, actively responding to domestic substitution policies, and accelerating the construction of a green, intelligent, and efficient energy supply ecosystem, contributing to green travel and the achievement of the dual carbon "goals," injecting new momentum into China's green energy strategy.
