GENVICT announced that shareholder Wang Lijuan, who holds 3.9129 million shares, intends to reduce her holdings by no more than 978,200 shares through centralized bidding or block trading from September 24, 2025, to December 23, 2025, accounting for 0.56% of the total share capital after excluding the repurchase special securities account and 0.54% of the company's total share capital
