On the evening of September 1st, Lianovation announced that in August 2025, the company repurchased 1.6 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.3528% of the company's current total share capital. The highest purchase price was RMB 56.50 per share, the lowest price was RMB 55.08 per share, and the total amount paid was RMB 89.2917 million
