# COFCO TECH and others established a biotechnology company with a registered capital of 250 million yuan

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Anhui COFCO Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established, with Luo Hu as the legal representative and a registered capital of 250 million yuan. The business scope includes: research and development of bio-based material technology; research and development of bio-based material polymerization technology; manufacturing of bio-based materials; manufacturing of ecological environment materials, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by COFCO Biomaterials Co., Ltd., which is jointly held by COFCO TECH, Aerospace Investment Holding Co., Ltd., and others
