# AVIC UAS: The company has not yet implemented a share repurchase

On September 2nd, AVIC UAS announced that on June 25, 2025, the company will hold its first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 to review and approve the proposal on the repurchase of company shares through centralized bidding. The company agrees to use its own funds to repurchase shares through centralized bidding, and the repurchased shares are intended for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive. The total amount of repurchase funds will not be less than 100 million yuan and not exceed 200 million yuan, with a repurchase price not exceeding 60.52 yuan per share. The repurchase period will be 12 months after the shareholders' meeting approves this repurchase plan. As of August 31, 2025, the company has not yet implemented the share repurchase
