# NBTM: Application documents accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange

Dongmu Co., Ltd. announced that the company plans to acquire 34.75% equity of Shanghai Fuchi High-Tech Co., Ltd. held by five counterparties including Zhong Wei through the issuance of shares and cash payment, and to raise matching funds. On September 1, 2025, the company received a notice from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of Dongmu New Materials Group Co., Ltd.'s application for issuing shares to purchase assets and raising matching funds on the Shanghai main board. The Shanghai Stock Exchange has decided to accept the application and will conduct a review in accordance with the law. This transaction is subject to review by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and must obtain approval for registration from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented
