# Xinzhi Group: The third phase of the employee stock ownership plan has been fully sold

Xinzhi Group announced that all shares held by the company's third employee stock ownership plan have been fully sold through centralized bidding. This employee stock ownership plan completed the stock purchase on June 19, 2024, acquiring a total of 120,500 shares of the company, with a total transaction amount of approximately 1.5095 million yuan. The total sale accounts for 0.0295% of the company's current total share capital of 408 million shares. During the implementation of the employee stock ownership plan, the company strictly adhered to trading rules and did not engage in trading based on insider information. According to relevant regulations, all assets held by this employee stock ownership plan are monetary assets. The company will complete the corresponding asset liquidation and distribution work and terminate this employee stock ownership plan as required
