# NB CONSTRUCTION's subsidiary won the bid for 729 million yuan for the third section of the JB15—06—17/20 plot in Jiangbei District, Ningbo (construction)

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Ningbo Construction (601789.SH) has stated that its wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo Construction Jianle Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jianle Engineering") recently received the "Notice of Award" issued by the bidder Ningbo Chenghong Real Estate Co., Ltd. and the bidding agent Dewei Engineering Management Consulting Co., Ltd. According to the "Notice of Award" and the bidding documents, Jianle Engineering is the winning bidder for Section 3 of the JB15—06—17/20 plot in Jiangbei District, Ningbo City, with a bid price of 729 million yuan and a construction period of 1,100 calendar days
