Xinzhi Group announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Director and Vice President Li Haiqiang. Li Haiqiang resigned from all positions for personal reasons and will no longer hold any position in the company after his resignation. Li Haiqiang holds 193,500 shares of the company, and his shares will be managed in accordance with relevant regulations. His 60,000 stock options will also be canceled.
