# ZHONGGAN COMM provides guarantees for the bank credit of its subsidiary

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZHONGGAN COMM (02545) announced that the company has provided a guarantee of up to RMB 250 million to the Qingshan Lake Branch of Ganzhou Bank Co., Ltd. This guarantee aims to ensure that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, ZHONGGAN COMM (Group) Co., Ltd. (ZHONGGAN COMM), properly fulfills its obligations in accordance with the financing agreement signed with the bank and the bank's credit regulations.

The announcement stated that signing the financing agreement could provide additional financing resources for ZHONGGAN COMM's business operations to strengthen its cash flow management and respond to the uncertainties of the global and local economy, which is beneficial to the group
