# KRP DEVELOPMENT's subsidiary has commissioned Shenzhen Guangying Bai Nian to provide construction engineering

According to the announcement from KRP DEVELOPMENT (02421), on September 2, 2025, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Jialang (as the contractor), entered into a contractor construction contract with Shenzhen Guangying Bai Nian (as the subcontractor) to be responsible for the night tour project of the theme park. Under this agreement, Guangdong Jialang agrees to appoint Shenzhen Guangying Bai Nian to provide construction services, with a contract price of RMB 23.8 million (including tax), which may be adjusted according to the terms of the contractor construction contract.

The scope of construction services provided by Shenzhen Guangying Bai Nian includes construction drawing design, delivery, construction and installation of goods and equipment, as well as training on system use, operation, and maintenance. The final project completion and acceptance will cover various construction aspects of the theme park night tour project, including but not limited to control systems, network infrastructure, interactive equipment, stage lighting, fog effects, fountains, water curtains, special effects equipment, custom installations, technical services, and management measures.

The group intends to enhance the attractiveness and expand the scale of its facilities by undertaking the operation of the theme park and further investing in its development. This initiative is expected to not only enrich the group's cultural tourism industry but also create synergies with the group's adjacent residential properties
