# CTM: Share repurchase has not yet been implemented

CTM announced that the company will hold a board meeting on August 28, 2025, to decide to use no less than 500 million yuan and no more than 600 million yuan of its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase shares through centralized bidding, for the purpose of an employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive. The repurchase price will not exceed 11.82 yuan per share, and the period will be within 12 months from the date of the board's approval.
