# PCI-TGCL plans to issue H shares and list on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

According to the announcement from Jiadu Technology (600728.SH), in order to further enhance the company's overall competitiveness, improve the company's international brand image, accelerate the implementation of the company's international strategy and overseas business layout, strengthen the company's overseas financing capabilities, optimize the capital structure and shareholder composition, and enhance the company's governance level and core competitiveness, the company plans to issue overseas listed foreign shares (H shares) and apply for listing on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (referred to as "Hong Kong Stock Exchange"). The company will fully consider the interests of existing shareholders and the conditions of domestic and foreign capital markets, and will choose an appropriate time and issuance window to complete the issuance and listing of H shares within the validity period of the shareholders' meeting resolution (i.e., 24 months from the date of approval by the company's shareholders' meeting or other agreed extended periods)
