After this equity change, the shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder, actual controller, and their concerted parties changed from 57.71% to 56.75%. This reduction will not lead to a change in the controlling shareholder or actual controller of the company, nor will it have a significant impact on the company's governance structure and future ongoing operations
