LEADYO announced that shareholder Lu Xukun will reduce his holdings by 250,000 shares through centralized bidding on September 2, 2025, at a price range of 30.66 to 31.14 yuan per share, with a reduction ratio of 0.1231%; Zheng Chaosheng will reduce his holdings by 58,000 shares on the same day at a price range of 29.4 to 31.15 yuan per share, with a reduction ratio of 0.0286%; Director Qu Hao will reduce his holdings by 1.6 million shares on the same day at a price range of 29.64 to 33.01 yuan per share, with a reduction ratio of 0.7881%. The three individuals have completed their reductions as planned
