The total scale of the industrial fund is 500 million yuan, of which Dongzheng Capital, as the general partner, has committed a capital contribution of 150 million yuan, accounting for 30.00%; the company, as a limited partner, has committed a capital contribution of 350 million yuan, accounting for 70.00%. The fund has obtained a business license, named Jiaxing Lotus Dongzheng Huaze Equity Investment Partnership, with its main operating location in Nanhu District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, and was established on July 24, 2025
