# WBDE: The share transfer price is adjusted to 8.61 yuan/share

WBDE announced that the company's controlling shareholder, WBDE Group, actual controllers Zhao Shouming, Zhuang Hui, and their concerted actors Wenling Huibang and Wenling Fubang have signed a supplementary agreement to the Share Transfer Agreement with the transferee Wanlong Pharmaceutical, adjusting the originally planned transfer price from RMB 6.88 per share to RMB 8.61 per share. According to the adjusted price, the total share transfer payment that the transferee needs to pay to the transferor amounts to RMB 517 million. Meanwhile, the payment arrangement has been adjusted to be completed within one month after the transfer of the target shares is registered in the name of the transferee. This share transfer is subject to compliance review by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and there is uncertainty regarding this
