According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, YDME (688172.SH) stated that its shareholder with more than 5% stake, Yizhuang Guotou, plans to reduce its holdings due to its own operational management needs. The reduction will be conducted through centralized bidding or block trading, and will not exceed 14.2762 million shares within three months after the disclosure of this reduction plan, accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital
