The company was established in July 2021, with KIM YOUNG-SIK as the legal representative, a registered capital of approximately 360 million RMB, and its business scope includes integrated circuit manufacturing, integrated circuit chip and product manufacturing, electronic component manufacturing, etc., fully owned by SK Hynix Semiconductor Ltd. The change record shows that in March of this year, the original shareholder Intel Asia Holding Limited exited
