Nanjing PHARMABLOCK Co., Ltd. issued the fourteenth reminder announcement for the early redemption of "PHARMABLOCK Convertible Bonds." Due to the company's stock closing price being no less than 130% of the current conversion price for at least fifteen trading days within a consecutive thirty trading day period, the conditional redemption clause has been triggered. The company decided to exercise its early redemption rights on August 14, 2025. The redemption price for the "PHARMABLOCK Convertible Bonds" is 100.62 yuan per bond, with the redemption registration date set for September 17 and the redemption date for September 18.
