# SHENTONG VALVE: Shareholder Fenglin Huoshan has 8 million shares released from judicial freeze

Recently, Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd. learned through the China Clearing System that the 8 million shares held by its shareholder Huzhou Fenglin Huoshan Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise will be released from judicial freeze on September 2, 2025, accounting for 66.30% of its held shares and 1.58% of the company's total share capital. The judicial freeze started on April 22, 2025, with the executor being the People's Court of Beilun District, Ningbo. As of the announcement date on September 4, the total number of shares frozen held by Fenglin Huoshan is 0 shares, accounting for 0% of both its held shares and the company's total share capital
