# HARSON plans to invest 10 million yuan in Zhongke Zhongcheng Supply Chain

According to the announcement from Harson (603958.SH), the company plans to jointly invest with related party Suzhou Chenling Optical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chenling Optical"), Zhongke Zhongcheng Robotics Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongke Zhongcheng"), and unrelated party Guangdong Zhigao Gongying Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Guangdong Zhigao") to establish Zhongke Zhongcheng Supply Chain (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. (tentative name). The registered capital of the joint venture company is set at 100 million yuan, of which the company will contribute 10 million yuan, holding a 10% stake.

The proposed business scope of the company includes: industrial design services; software development; industrial robot manufacturing; industrial robot sales; research and development of intelligent robots; sales of intelligent robots; manufacturing of service consumer robots; information system integration services; development of basic artificial intelligence software; development of application software for artificial intelligence; sales of artificial intelligence hardware; development of artificial intelligence theories and algorithm software; integration services for artificial intelligence industry application systems; public data platform for artificial intelligence; manufacturing of special operation robots; technical services, technical development, technical consulting, technical exchange, technology transfer, technology promotion, etc
