# HUALAN NPM: Shareholder Ruizhong Life's reduction plan has expired, reducing 0.7692% of shares

On May 12, 2025, Jiangsu HUALAN Pharmaceutical New Materials Co., Ltd. disclosed the share reduction plan of its shareholder, Ruizhong Life Insurance, which holds more than 5% of the shares, intending to reduce its holdings by no more than 3,789,267 shares from June 4 to September 3. As of September 3, the reduction plan period expired, and Ruizhong Life Insurance reduced its holdings by 1,263,000 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.7692%, with no reduction through block trading. During this period, the company conducted equity distribution, and the number of shares held by Ruizhong Life Insurance changed due to capital increase. Ruizhong Life Insurance has fulfilled its commitments, and this reduction complies with regulations, has not led to a change in the company's control, nor has it had a significant impact on the company's governance and operations
