According to the announcement from China Resources Beer (00291), starting from September 3, 2025, (1) Executive Director Mr. Zhao Chunwu has been transferred from President to Chairman and appointed as the Chairman of the Company's Finance Committee; and (2) Non-Executive Director Ms. Guo Wei has been appointed as a member of the Company's Finance Committee
