BESTSUN ENERGY announced that as of August 29, 2025, shareholder Cao Fei has reduced his holdings by 13.4043 million shares through centralized bidding and 1.6999 million shares through block trading, totaling 15.1042 million shares, accounting for 1.13% of the company's total share capital. The reduction price range was between 3.38 and 3.7 yuan per share, cashing out 53.3861 million yuan; his holdings decreased from 82.0869 million shares (6.12%) to 66.9827 million shares (4.996%), with a remaining planned reduction of 11.7129 million shares yet to be sold
