# Hangzhou Gaoxin: The transfer of shares by the controlling shareholder has been completed, resulting in a change of company control

Hangzhou Gaoxin announced that Zhejiang Donghang Holding Group Co., Ltd. transferred 24.1059 million shares of the listed company to Beijing Jurong Weiye Energy Technology Co., Ltd. through a negotiated transfer, accounting for 19.03% of the company's total share capital. The transfer price was RMB 20.53 per share, with a total transfer price of RMB 495 million. The share transfer registration procedures were completed on September 2, 2025, reducing Donghang Group's shareholding ratio to 3.00%. Jurong Weiye became the company's largest shareholder, holding 19.03% of the shares, and the actual controller of the company changed to Mr. Lin Rongsheng. At the same time, Donghang Group pledged its 3.8005 million shares of the company to Jurong Weiye, and the pledge registration procedures were completed on September 2, 2025
