# Jushen: The company has reduced its holdings for the first time by 0.03%

Jushen announced that the total amount of the share repurchase concentrated bidding reduction plan will not exceed 1.6669 million shares, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period is within three months after the announcement, starting from the 15th trading day. As of August 31, 2025, no shares have been reduced. On September 2, 2025, the company first reduced 50,000 shares through concentrated bidding, accounting for 0.03% of the total share capital, with an average transaction price of 14.73 yuan/share, a highest price of 14.8 yuan/share, and a lowest price of 14.69 yuan/share
