SNAT: Rectification of revenue misreporting issue completed

Dongxing Securities Co., Ltd. announced that after receiving the "Decision Letter" from the Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau, the company and relevant personnel immediately conducted a comprehensive review and analysis, and formulated a practical and feasible rectification plan. Regarding the issue of recognizing sales revenue by its subsidiary SAIC Hongyan Automobile Co., Ltd. from 2019 to 2023, where the control rights of certain goods had not yet been transferred, multiple rectification measures have been taken. These include strengthening contract reviews, standardizing and revising relevant contract terms, streamlining internal management processes related to product returns, and organizing relevant personnel to study the enterprise accounting standards diligently. Currently, the rectification has been completed, and the company will continue to standardize in the future
