MustangBattery: Richard Yu plans to reduce his holdings by 1.50%
MustangBattery announced that the actual controllers Chen Yijun, Yu Gufeng, and Chen Kejun plan to reduce their holdings in the company due to personal funding needs from September 25, 2025, to December 24, 2025: Chen Yijun will not exceed 1.95 million shares, of which no more than 650,000 shares through centralized bidding and no more than 1.3 million shares through block trading; Yu Gufeng will not exceed 3.92 million shares, of which no more than 1.3 million shares through centralized bidding and no more than 2.62 million shares through block trading; Chen Kejun will not exceed 1.95 million shares, of which no more than 650,000 shares through centralized bidding and no more than 1.3 million shares through block trading
