According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MustangBattery (605378.SH) announced that the actual controller and chairman Mr. Chen Yijun, the actual controller, director, and general manager Mr. Yu Gufeng, and the actual controller, director, and deputy general manager Mr. Chen Kejun plan to reduce their holdings in the company. Mr. Chen Yijun intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.95 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for no more than 0.75% of the company's total share capital; Mr. Yu Gufeng intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 3.92 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for no more than 1.5% of the company's total share capital; Mr. Chen Kejun intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.95 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for no more than 0.75% of the company's total share capital
