ECOBEAUTY: Project Contract Termination
ECOBEAUTY announced that the subcontracting agreement for highway engineering construction signed between its holding subsidiary, ECOBEAUTY Construction, and Yunnan Construction Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. has been terminated. As of the date of contract termination, the project has settled 376 million yuan, and the remaining engineering quantity is being gradually settled. The termination of cooperation will not have a significant impact on the financial condition and operating performance for this year
