# Two shareholders of Baolande plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Baolande (688058.SH), due to its own capital arrangement, Yi Dongxing plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 1.165 million shares, which is no more than 1.50% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading. Due to personal capital needs, Mr. Zhao Yanxing also plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 1.165 million shares, which is no more than 1.50% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading. The reduction period is within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
