HGPE announced that its shareholder, Tianjin Ji Industrial Collaborative Development Investment Fund, holding more than 5% of shares, reduced its holdings by 99,977 shares through centralized bidding on September 2, 2025, accounting for 0.11% of the company's total share capital, and its shareholding ratio decreased from 9.00% to 8.89%, reaching an integer multiple of 1%. This reduction is part of the previously disclosed plan to reduce holdings by within 3%, which has not yet been fully implemented
