# Kanhoo: The judicial enforcement matter of Wanguo Jiang has been completed

Kanhoo announced that Mr. Wang Guojiang, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, has had some of his shares disposed of by the People's Court of Hai'an City, Jiangsu Province, through centralized trading and block trading due to a private lending dispute. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Wang Guojiang holds 26.1955 million shares of the company, accounting for 9.49% of the company's total share capital. In addition, Mr. Wang Guojiang and his concerted actors, Ms. Tang Fen and Mr. Wan Tao, collectively hold 30.6572 million shares of the company, accounting for 11.11% of the company's total share capital. This judicial enforcement matter will not lead to a change in the company's control and will not affect the company's governance structure and ongoing operations
