# ASD's subsidiary Qianjiang Robotics has signed a framework cooperation agreement for equipment procurement with Honglu Steel Structure

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ASD (002403.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Zhejiang Qianjiang Robot Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Qianjiang Robot"), has signed a "Equipment Procurement Framework Cooperation Agreement" with Honglu Steel Structure (including its subsidiaries), establishing a strategic partnership and engaging in equipment procurement cooperation.

The agreement stipulates that Honglu Steel Structure designates Qianjiang Robot as its long-term manufacturing base for robots and other equipment, and grants Qianjiang Robot preferential procurement benefits under the same conditions. Qianjiang Robot ensures that it will meet the buyer's order requirements in terms of quality, quantity, and timeliness, and will provide the buyer with price discounts on the procurement of equipment and priority supply guarantees. Both parties commit to conducting multi-faceted cooperation in the fields of technical research and development of robotic welding, spraying, and other equipment, fully utilizing their respective resource advantages to support each other, and actively exploring other possible areas of cooperation to enhance their core competitiveness
