CONSYS: Completed the repurchase of 1 million shares
CONSYSTech announced that the company has completed its repurchase plan, having repurchased a total of 1 million shares, accounting for 0.6366% of the total share capital, with an actual repurchase amount of 49.2266 million yuan, and a repurchase price range of 39.86 yuan/share to 70.52 yuan/share. The repurchased shares will be used for equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans or will be canceled to reduce the company's registered capital. The company will cancel 200,000 repurchased shares at China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited on September 4, 2025
