# CICT MOBILE: The National Development Fund for Manufacturing and the National Development Fund for Science and Technology Innovation plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1%

According to the announcement from CICT MOBILE (688387.SH), due to its own funding needs, the National Development Bank Manufacturing Fund and the National Development Bank Science and Technology Innovation Plan will reduce their holdings in the company through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date, not exceeding a total of 34.1875 million shares, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital; and in any consecutive 90-day period, the total number of shares reduced through centralized bidding trading shall not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital
