According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Red Avenue New Materials (603650.SH) stated that due to the shareholder's own funding needs, Yutong Investment plans to reduce its holdings by a total of no more than 13 million shares through centralized bidding and/or block trading, which does not exceed 2.17% of the company's total share capital
