# GMTECH: Cash distribution of 0.4 yuan for every 10 shares

GMTECH announced that the profit distribution plan for the first half of 2025 is as follows: Based on the existing total share capital of 1.007 billion shares, excluding the repurchased shares of 15.5367 million shares, the base is 999.2 million shares. A cash dividend of 0.4 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with a total dividend amount of 39.6785 million yuan. The cash dividend per 10 shares calculated based on the total share capital is 0.393831 yuan. The equity registration date is September 11, 2025, and the ex-dividend date and dividend payment date are September 12, 2025
