# DIT GROUP: He Yuanqing and Hu Liping appointed as executive directors of the company

According to the announcement from ZhiYou ZhiZao Technology (00726), effective September 3, 2025: Mr. Guo Weiqiang, the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Director of the company, has submitted his resignation from the positions of Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Director to devote more time to the development of his personal career.

Ms. Wang Yuping, the Executive Director of the company, has submitted her resignation from the position of Executive Director to devote more time to the development of her personal career.

Mr. He Yuanqing has been appointed as the Executive Director of the company, and Mr. He has also been appointed as a member of the company's Compensation Committee.

Ms. Hu Liping has been appointed as the Executive Director of the company, and Ms. Hu has also been appointed as the Chairperson of the company's Nomination Committee
