# WEILI HOLDINGS plans to appoint Deloitte as the new auditor

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WEILI HOLDINGS (02372) announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers has resigned as the company's auditor, effective September 3, 2025, due to the company's failure to reach a consensus with PricewaterhouseCoopers on the audit fees for the consolidated financial statements of the group for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.

After considering the recommendations of the audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the new auditor of the company to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers, effective September 3, 2025, and to serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting
