# COMPLANT: Plans to issue shares to acquire 100% equity of Zhongji Jiangsu Clean Energy

COMPLANT announced that the company intends to issue shares to Zhongji Import and Export to purchase 100% equity of Zhongji Jiangsu Clean Energy Co., Ltd., with a transaction price of 151 million yuan. The company will also issue shares to no more than 35 specific investors to raise supporting funds not exceeding 151 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, Zhongji Jiangsu will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed company, and the main financial data of the listed company, such as total assets, net assets, and operating income, will be improved
