# YTG signed strategic cooperation agreements with China Unicom Jilin Company and Sinopec Corp. Jilin Company respectively

On September 3rd, YTG signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Unicom Jilin Branch. The signing parties agreed on twelve cooperation contents in four areas around core business and product industry chains. The focus is on promoting deep cooperation in internet hospitals and green energy application scenarios, and jointly exploring cooperation and development in new fields and new business formats such as digital medical platforms, health management, pharmaceutical e-commerce, and green electricity low carbon. On the same day, YTG signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Sinopec Corp. Jilin Petroleum Branch. The signing parties focused on resource integration and rapid implementation, prioritizing the promotion of energy supply assurance, building materials supply, and dual-brand retail channel integration. At the same time, both parties will deepen strategic cooperation in areas such as joint construction of charging and swapping facilities, professional construction general contracting services, and joint marketing of resource integration by leveraging their respective channel and resource advantages
