Career International announced that the company will hold a board of directors and supervisory board meeting on June 13, 2025, to approve Tianjin Tianbao Human Resources Co., Ltd. to purchase 55.00% equity of Tianjin Zhirui Human Resources Co., Ltd. held by Beijing Rongruichengtong Financial Services Outsourcing Co., Ltd. for cash of 41.96 million yuan. Recently, Tianjin Zhirui Human Resources Co., Ltd. has completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures for the equity transfer and obtained the business license reissued by the Market Supervision Administration of the China (Tianjin) Pilot Free Trade Zone
