# SHANGHAI GEOHARBOUR's controlling shareholder has extended the pledge of 5 million shares until September 5, 2026

Shanghai Geoharbour announced that its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Longwan, holds 168 million shares of the company, accounting for 68.69% of the total share capital. On September 5, 2024, it extended the pledge of 5 million shares, with the new maturity date being September 5, 2026. The pledgee is CITIC Securities, which accounts for 2.98% of Shanghai Longwan's holdings and 2.04% of the company's total share capital, with the funds used for its own operations. As of the announcement date, Shanghai Longwan and its concerted party Xu Wang have pledged a total of 5 million shares, accounting for 2.97% of their holdings and 2.04% of the company's total share capital. The controlling shareholder has good creditworthiness, and the pledge risk is controllable, which will not affect the company's control and main business
