# HUALAN NPM established Nanjing Renqing Mianqu Health Technology Co., Ltd

According to the announcement from HUALAN NPM (301093.SZ), in order to meet the needs of the company's strategic layout and industrial development, the company's controlling subsidiary, Tibet Hualan Tibetan Medicine Technology Co., Ltd., has established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Nanjing with its own funds of RMB 5 million (i.e., HUALAN NPM Nanjing subsidiary). After the establishment of this Nanjing subsidiary, it will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. Recently, the Nanjing subsidiary has completed the business registration procedures and obtained the "Business License" issued by the Qinhuai District Administrative Service Management Office of Nanjing.

This external investment is necessary for the company's strategic layout and industrial development, which is beneficial for developing new business growth points, expanding influence, and promoting the healthy development of the company.
