# HJINV: General Manager Li Shengjun resigns for personal reasons

On September 4th, HJINV announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from the company's director and general manager, Li Shengjun. Li Shengjun has applied to resign from his positions as director and general manager for personal reasons. According to the relevant provisions of the Company Law and other laws and regulations, as well as the Articles of Association, Li Shengjun's resignation will not result in the number of directors on the board falling below the legal minimum and will not affect the normal operation of the board. His resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. After his resignation, Li Shengjun will no longer hold any position in the company
