# JOVE: The industrial investment fund has completed its registration

JOVE announced that the company, together with Beijing Paipu Private Fund Management Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Boke New Materials Co., Ltd., and other partners, has completed the registration of the Wuxi Paipu Spring Sunshine Venture Capital Fund Partnership. The fund's total contribution is 250 million yuan, with the company committing 10 million yuan, accounting for 4% of the total contribution. The fund is a limited partnership established on August 29, 2025, with its main operating location in Nanhu District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. Partners include Beijing Paipu Private Fund Management Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Boke New Materials Co., Ltd., Beijing Yongzhan Group Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Zhongfu Circuit Co., Ltd
