# KEBODA plans to spend 345 million yuan to acquire 60% equity in KEBODA Intelligent Technology

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KEBODA (603786.SH) announced that the company intends to acquire 60% of the equity of Shanghai KEBODA Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "KEBODA Intelligent Technology") held by Shanghai Keshih Investment Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shanghai Keshih") in cash, with the transaction price determined through negotiations at 345 million yuan.

The announcement stated that through this transaction, the company can leverage KEBODA Intelligent Technology's accumulation in automotive intelligent central computing platforms and related domain controller products to enter the core product track of automotive intelligence, and gain corresponding technical capabilities, market resources, and project experience, which aligns closely with the company's product strategic planning
